I'd be very carefull with these shoes. They promise a lot and deliver very little. The whole purpose of them is to try and get you to land on the forefoot. To aid in this regard they have four lugs under the ball of the foot. I found them to cause pretty sevre blisters.

I've never had knee problems before and had them with these shoes. Also I bought them on line and find that they fit smaller than regular shoes.
