Returns PolicyWhen in our shop we offer a 30 day fit and function guarantee with the shoes. Online we offer a 30 day fit guarantee which means you can wear the shoes indoors around the house just to get used to the fit of them. If at this point you are not happy with the size or anything else, just email us back or call us we will replace the shoes. Postage is not covered under this fit guarantee. Just like in our shop if you don't like or it does not fit just sent it back. If you wish to return an item please fill out the returns form and send the goods back. You don't need to contact us unless you need our advice about sizing fitting etc.

Goods For Refund Or Exchange.
Goods must be returned within 30 days.
Goods must be accompanied by original receipt.
Goods must be in their original packaging.
Goods must not be used.
Postage costs are not covered.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
Exchanges will be charged postage as follows, Uk and Ireland, €10 for shoes.
We will refund to your credit card the full amount less the original cost of postage(to us).
Refunds will be credited to credit card or cheque will be posted.
