Neutral shoes will usually be best for people with higher arches, and those that do not overpronate.
They can also be great options for those that land on the outside of their foot, (supinate) which is less common but still normal!
Some runners also like to alternate into neutral shoes for shorter runs to reduce the risk of overuse injuries
