I was having a really good week this week followed everything on the plan. I managed to get back to the running after having a tight Achilles. I didn't want to push the run so was happy just to get out for a few 10ks and show no ill effects.
The swim is still very disappointing I feel so far away from where I was last year. Last year swimming with Titans it was three really tough sessions of 90 minutes and felt like I was flying in the water.
The weekend really messed me up, life got in the way of training. So those big red blocks at the end are missed sessions. Getting too close now to be missing the long bikes.

Next year probably need to get past week 3 on the training plan Damo and remember there are 3 events in a Triathlon its not all about the swim particularly if that part gets cancelled
