The Ultimate Performance Spikes are heat-tested for maximum durability. Designed for Track (5 mm) or Cross Country (9 mm). They have been heat tested for durability on a range of different surfaces; synthetic, asphalt and natural. These spikes are recommended and suitable for all events.
